Boris is a very handsome tri-colored basset boy about nine weeks old. He came into rescue with his sister, Natasha. Both of these puppies are full of life: they love exploring; tripping over their ears; and playing with each other and any other dog they can find. When playtime is finished, they collapse into a puppy pile for a nap. Boris will be neutered, chipped and up to date on shots before going to his "furever" home.  He is NOT house-trained.  We don't know how he is with children and cats, but suspect he'll do just fine. Boris will be ready to go to his "furever" the 1st of September.

Molly Bagel, a young basset/beagle mix between one and two years old, is full of life: she just loves everyone and everything! Molly needs a home with a securely fenced yard -- at least six feet high -- because she has springs on her feet and the typical "houndy" desire to go wandering when left alone. She's great with other dogs and kids, but we don't know about cats. Molly is spayed, chipped and up to date on shots.

Felix is a traffic stopper . . . literally! This sweet boy wandered out into the middle of the street and took a nap! A local official and a humane society worker just happened to be there, put a leash on him, and made sure he reached safety. Felix is a very laid back boy, as you might expect from a dog who can snooze in the middle of traffic. We can't believe he's ever caused anyone the slightest problem: he enjoys being indoors or outdoors, with human or canine, and is grateful for every belly rub that you give him. We think Felix is between two and three years old. He's neutered, up to date on shots and microchipped. He's also trained to use a doggy dog.

Flash is one of the sweetest, squishiest, mellowest basset boys we've ever had! He likes nothing better than to lie on the couch with his humans and get a nice, long belly rub or ear scritch. Between five and six years old, Flash is neutered, up to date on shots and chipped. He's been treated for heartworm and is now completely free of them, but will need to remain on preventative medication. If you're looking for a basset that will be your companion forever, please consider this handsome boy.
